GM and Dealer contacted me on my Canyon AT4X Edition 1

I received an email today stating the following:
"You’re officially one step closer to hitting the road with confidence in the Canyon AT4X Edition 1, the most advanced off-road midsize truck.*
It's time to convert your 2023 GMC Canyon AT4X Edition 1 reservation into an order with your dealer. The dealer you selected will contact you within the next week to schedule a time to configure your vehicle. At that time, you can confirm final order details and pricing for your very own 2023 GMC Canyon AT4X Edition 1."

I also received a phone call from my reservation dealer:
He was only calling to confirm my order as "valid". He said GM is asking all of the dealers to confirm the orders.
